Woman sets self on fire

A 60-year-old woman in Trilokpuri allegedly immolated herself on Monday, following what neighbours claimed was harassment by her son and his wife. The two women had had a dispute recently, after which Soma and her husband, Rajesh, had moved to Soma’s parent’s house. Urmila Devi was found burnt to death at her home after a neighbour informed the police about fire emanating from the house. The police said there were frequent quarrels between the victim and her daughter-in-law, Soma.
