Rainy morning in Delhi

Delhi recorded a total rainfall of 16.6 mm till 8.30 a.m Monday, according to a MeT department official. Yesterday, the minimum temperature was recorded at 26.6 degrees Celsius while the maximum settled at 35.6 degrees Celsius. The total rainfall recorded was 16.6 mm till 8.30 a.m, he said. The rain brought down the minimum temperature to 24 degrees Celsius, four notches below the average, said a MeT department official.

The rain brought down the minimum temperature to 24 degrees Celsius, four notches below the average, said a MeT department official. Almost all parts of the city received rains in the early morning hours. The total rainfall recorded was 16.6 mm till 8.30 a.m, he said. Thundershowers and rain are likely to occur in some parts of the city during the next 24 hours. The maximum temperature will hover around 35 degrees Celsius. The relative humidity level was 95 per cent in the morning. A Delhi Traffic Police officer said that no major disruption was reported due to the rain although the flow was heavy on certain stretches. Yesterday, the minimum temperature was recorded at 26.6 degrees Celsius while the maximum settled at 35.6 degrees Celsius.
