Reliance launches JioPhone with refundable price

Reliance Jio, which had brought internet revolution with launching Jio in India, has again come up with a revolutionary phone which is virtually free. Reliance Chairman Mukesh Ambani today launched the JioPhone, a brand-new dirt-cheap feature phone. The phone is free, but buyer must deposit Rs 1,500 which is refundable after 3 years.

The phone is free, but buyer must deposit Rs 1,500 which is refundable after 3 years.

JioPhone offers unlimited data at Rs 153 per month
Data can be used in entirely 4G, voice calls and SMS
4G VoLTE feature phone,
2.4-inch QVGA display
Alphanumeric keypad
Headphone jack, microphone, speaker, and supports FM Radio

Pre-booking for the phone will start from August 24, 2017 and the Sale will start in September 2017 on first-come first-serve basis.
