Man found hanging

A 53-year-old man was found hanging from a tree in south-west Delhi’s Dwarka in the early hours of Friday. He allegedly molested her once, after which his senior told him to behave,” said the police. A nine-page suicide note, in which he has accused his company of ill-treating him, has been recovered. When the persons named in the suicide note were questioned, they claimed a female colleague had accused him of molestation. Vijay Pal Singh was a senior manager with Oriental Insurance Company in Panipat and a resident of Dwarka Sector 19.

Molestation charge “He has alleged that senior employees misbehaved with him,” the police said. When the persons named in the suicide note were questioned, they claimed a female colleague had accused him of molestation. “They said his junior had claimed he would ask her to spend time with him. He allegedly molested her once, after which his senior told him to behave,” said the police. His body was handed over to the family after post-mortem, said the police, adding that further probe is on.
