The alleged murderers, 13-16 aged teenagers in school uniform, boarded the bus near Ashram Chowk. In a shocking incident, a group of teenagers dressed in school uniform allegedly slit a man's throat in a moving bus in Delhi over arguments on stolen mobile phone. The victim boarded the bus at Lajpat Nagar, an eyewitness said. The teenagers attacked the victim after the man in his 20s charged them of stealing his phone, according to the NDTV report.
