GHAZIABAD: Two persons were arrested on Thursday for accidentally shooting a farmer-cum-vegetable vendor on the evening of July 3 in Loni. They have been booked under sections 302 (murder), 301 (culpable homicide) and 307 (attempt to murder) of the IPC. The pistol used in the crime has also been recovered. The accused were fighting over an issue with a third person and in a fit of rage one of them fired a bullet at him, but it instead hit the vegetable vendor, Mordhwaj who succumbed to his injuries on his way to the hospital.The two have been identified as Tanveer Kasana and Manish, both residents of Mandala in Loni.
