He was surprised, but on our request, he completed all the required formalities. The money was subsequently transferred to his bank account,” Sharma said.The amount was transferred to Kapil’s account in January this year. Kapil could not be contacted for his comments. However, his office informed he was “too busy” with some event and would not available for a comment before Monday.Sharma said Kapil had worked with the Delhi company as a liaisoning officer and was a “great source of inspiration” for aspiring cricketers. “The motive of the company behind his hiring was to achieve this purpose only,” he added.
