It has been installed by Sugam Samaj Seva Sansthan , a not for profit organisation. The toilet has been well equipped with windows for ventilation along with wall fans at the entrance and in the main alley meant for defecation counter. The traditional design of a 'Sulabh Shauchalya' has been revised with a separate, elevated section with two urinals and a separate, leak-free wash basin for the male members of the society to easily wash their hands. The toilets also has various tubelights and long stemmed bulbs hanging on the walls for adequate light after dark.Furthermore, in a progressive step towards diluting gender boundaries, the toilet comprises of a separate room for female users, with their own private wash basin along with a soap bar that will be regularly changed to cater to female sanitation needs. "We have always just had a concept of separate toilets for men and women in India and sometimes the authorities even forget to make a provision like this for women.
