Colva: Commuters on either side of the road opposite Hospicio in Margao had a narrow escape on Wednesday, when an electricity pole came crashing down. No one was injured in the incident.The pole blocked one side of the road, while the other side was partly obstructed as cable network wires tied to it, held it. Traffic flow was affected for around 30 minutes.Later, personnel of the electricity department were called to the site and the pole was moved to the side of the road.
