PANAJI: Goa chief minister Manohar Parrikar was on Thursday discharged from the Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai, where he was undergoing treatment for a pancreatic ailment. Speaker Pramod Sawant announced that Parrikar would present the state budget at 3pm on Thursday in the Goa legislative assembly Parrikar has arrived in Goa after the discharge.
