Former CM discharged from GMC

Panaji: Former chief minister Pratapsingh Rane, who was admitted to the Goa Medical College and Hospital on Saturday after running a high fever, was discharged on MondaySpeaking to TOI, health minister Vishwajit Rane said that Rane was suffering from a urine infection. Rane was brought to GMC at around 11.15pm on Saturday. Tests were conducted on him and he was kept under observation.Rane, 79, represents Congress from Poriem constituency.
