An official at the state finance department said the recommendations were still being examined.In April last year, the state government had decided to give relief to alcohol outlets falling in areas contiguous to municipalities or in those that were sufficiently developed as cluster towns.The initial order of the Supreme Court had affected around 3,200 outlets in Goa.
