The court examined 23 witnesses produced by the prosecution in the case. He was well settled in the construction business and his brothers Hiru and Taru were jealous of his success in Goa and often demanded money from him.On the fateful evening, the accused approached Thawru’s house with a knife and began quarrelling with him over money.
