Volunteers trained to combat the third wave of Covid

Panaji : Goa BJP is assembling in advance for the expected thirdwave of Covid-19. To prepare for it well in advance the district training programme for BJP mandal volunteers was conducted at GomantakMaratha Samaj hall in Panaji where 125 volunteers were trained. These volunteers will train more in the coming days and in casethe third wave hits the State a total of 3500 volunteers would beon the field to control the pandemic. The training session was attended by BJP Goa State president Sadanand Shet Tanavade health minister Dr Shekhar Salkar in-charge of National HealthVolunteers Campaign Dr Vinod Verekar Dr Sonia Kanekar Siddharth Kunkolienkar and Dr Sneha Bhagwat.
