Haryana ministers, top bureaucrats to hold briefing sessions on achievements

CHANDIGARH: The government has decided to hold special briefing sessions by ministers, additional chief secretaries and principal secreteraries about the achievement of their departments. The special sessions will be held in rotation on Mondays and Thursdays.“This is a mandatory exercise. Chief minister Manohar Lal Khattar’s principal secretary Rajesh Khullar released a communication in this regard to everyone concerned. It will provide details about the public-friendly decisions and their implementations,” said Rajiv Jain, media adviser to CM Manohar Lal Khattar. This comes days after bureaucrats were directed to treat elected representatives, that is MPs, MLAs and ministers with respect.This system will come into force from next week.
