Two robbed of phones, cash in an hour

GURUGRAM: Five-six men were booked for stealing mobile phones, a laptop and cash from two Delhi residents on Tuesday in two separate robberies . In the first case, Lalit Kumar (27), resident of Uttam Nagar in Delhi took a cab on the Delhi-Gurgaon expressway around 9pm. “When the driver took a U-turn from under the Shankar Chowk flyover , the other 2 stole my laptop, mobile phone and Rs 2,000 cash,” Kumar said.At 10pm, Hemant Sharma, resident of Bharat Vihar, Delhi, took a cab from Sector 17. This driver too took a U-turn from under the Shankar Chowk flyover before stealing his phone, credit and debit cards, and withdrawing Rs 20,000 at an ATM with his accomplices. There were four people, including the driver, in it already.
