Haryana government to recalculate enhancement dues for property owners in Huda sectors

Property owners said that the government promised to carry out the recalculation of enhancement dues under mutually-agreed principles. Huda will formulate the new guidelines based on agreed points after which comments from the public would be invited through its website. In case of any points of contention, there will be no hesitation from the government’s side in taking legal opinion from retired judges to ensure a decision in the public interest,” said Yashvir Malik, convener, Haryana State Confederation.
