However, he was not allowed to visit the dispensary later. Yet, BJP govt is preventing me in my own country from visiting a hospital,” Kejriwal said in a tweet. Karnal DC Aditya Dahiya was not available for any comment regarding this matter. After this, he was advised by the SDM on the spot to wait for two hours. How can anyone be stopped like this?

HISAR: Aam Aadmi Party chief and Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal claimed on Saturday that he was not allowed to visit a state-run dispensary in Bal Babana village of Haryana’s Karnal district by BJP workers and the district administration. The AAP leaders alleged that BJP workers had deliberately parked tractor trolleys on the roads to the village, blocking all access to the health centre. Later, the administration refused to remove the vehicles and provide access to the Kejriwal team, the AAP team claimed.Kejriwal, in a series of tweets and retweets in Hindi and English, alleged on Saturday that Haryana chief minister Manohar Lal Khattar had become scared and had conspired to stop his access to a dispensary as he had not done any work for the basic services, including health and education.“Pakistanis were allowed into Pathankot for investigation into the attack despite being the perpetrators by the BJP govt. Yet, BJP govt is preventing me in my own country from visiting a hospital,” Kejriwal said in a tweet. “Exactly. How can anyone be stopped like this? What is Mr Khattar afraid of?” he said in reply to another tweet.Kejriwal had a few weeks ago while addressing a public meeting in Hansi area of Hisar praised facilities provided in the Delhi’s mohalla clinics. Khattar, in turn, had described them as ‘Halla Clinics.’ After this, Kejriwal had invited the Haryana CM to visit any mohalla clinic in Delhi and then decided to inspect a health dispensary in Haryana on his own.Kejriwal said on Saturday afternoon, when he had gone to visit the village to inspect the dispensary, BJP leaders had already parked tractor trolleys on all the streets around the village. After this, he was advised by the SDM on the spot to wait for two hours. However, he was not allowed to visit the dispensary later. He claimed Khattar had not done anything in the last four years “so he is scared and that is why a CM is preventing me from visiting and inspecting the dispensary.”The Aam Aadmi Party’s state president Naveen Jaihind said villagers regularly invite Kejriwal. Karnal DC Aditya Dahiya was not available for any comment regarding this matter.
