Gurugram businessmen duped of Rs 30 lakh

GURUGRAM: A businessman was allegedly duped of Rs 30 lakh by a caterer who had offered to double his money. Singh suggested that Ajay should invest in his catering business as it will yield him double the money. An FIR has been registered at Sadar police station.According to the complainant, Ajay Sheoran, a resident of Sector 43, a property dealer introduced him to Amanjot Singh. Action will be taken as per the law after verifying the allegations,” said sub-inspector Rajesh Kumar, the investigating officer. Ajay soon transferred Rs 30.3 lakh but Singh switched off his phone and fled the city.An FIR has been registered against Amanjot Singh his family members under sections 406, 420 , 120-B of IPC .“We are investigating the matter.
