Minister lays foundation stone of mini Secretariat in Ambala

AMBALA: Haryana health minister Anil Vij on Monday laid the foundation stone of the upcoming mini Secretariat and State Central Library in Ambala Cantonment, which would be constructed at an estimated cost of around Rs 41.52 crore.Talking to mediapersons, Vij said, “With the construction of this mini Secretariat all the government offices would shift under single roof making it convenient for the residents to get their works done at one place. The offices of SDM, DSP, civil supplies, education and others would come at one place.”When questioned about how long would it take to complete this project, Vij said, “We have two years of time allotted but we would try to complete it earlier.”Taking a dig on the online alliance trend in the state, Vij said, “The BSP first did alliance with Kuldeep Bishnoi 's party and broke its 'Tractor', then it broke the 'Spectacles' of INLD and now let us see how long it would take to break the 'Auto' of LSP.”
