Schoolteacher booked for sexually harassing colleague

HISAR: Police have booked a guest teacher for allegedly sexually harassing and stalking a colleague working in a government school for the past six months. She objected several times, but he did not mend his ways, she added.She alleged that on February 2, a school official gave lift to her and the accused. Later, she informed her husband about the matter, she added.Police registered a case 10 days after receiving the complaint. As he misbehaved, she grabbed his neck and told him to stop. She also told the whole story to the official.

HISAR: Police have booked a guest teacher for allegedly sexually harassing and stalking a colleague working in a government school for the past six months. The police have started investigation.Police spokesperson Harish Bhardwaj said women police station have registered a case on the complaint of the 52-year-old woman guest teacher of a government school under Section 354-A ( sexual harassment ) and 354-D (stalking) of the IPC against a guest teacher.In her police complaint, the woman teacher alleged that the accused had been making wrong gestures for the past five-six months. She objected several times, but he did not mend his ways, she added.She alleged that on February 2, a school official gave lift to her and the accused. As he misbehaved, she grabbed his neck and told him to stop. She also told the whole story to the official.
