HISAR: The police have registered a case against two minor boys for allegedly kidnaping and raping a 15-year-old girl.The police have started investigations, but no accused has been arrested so far. Hisar police spokesperson said a case has been registered on the complaint of the girl’s mother against the boys under Sections 363, 366A, 376D of the Indian Penal Code and 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (Pocso) Act.In her complaint to the police, she said the members of the family had slept by 10pm on Monday. Her husband who woke up at 12am found the girl missing, she said.She said as her husband went outside the house, he saw a young man talking on a mobile phone and heard the voice of his daughter from the adjacent room. Afterwards, her husband went to the spot along with his father and others. As he knocked on the door, but the boys did not open, she alleged.A little later, they opened the door and escaped. Her daughter was also found inside the room. She claimed that both of boys called her up and asked her to come to the room, she said in her complaint.Police said a case has been registered against the accused, who are on the run. Medical examination of the rape survivor has been conducted, police added.
