Cross-FIRs have been registered at Bilaspur police station but the cops have not made any arrest yet.According to police, one FIR has been filed by Rameshwar Dyal and the other by Vinod Kumar. Dyal alleged that a member of Vinod’s group would often whistle outside his house and did the same on Holi. Following this, the two groups clashed with each other on March 21.
