Election awareness event in Amity University, Gurgaon

As part of the Election Commission of India 's SVEEP campaign (Systematic Voters' Education and Electoral Participation), Haryana 's Chief Election Commissioner visited Amity University campus on Saturday in Gurgaon to guide, motivate and make the students and university employees aware regarding elections. Especially the youth which includes a large number of voters who are studying in colleges and university. The CEO was accompanied by Amit Khatri, Deputy Commissioner, Gurugram, Pradeep, SDM-Gururgam, and bodybuilder Lokesh Rajput, who is Gurugram District Youth Ambassador. The auditorium was packed with eager students desires of attending the session. The program commenced with a wonderful skit by Ek Awaz on “Vote Karo”.The CEO mentioned that the elections are near and to spread knowledge regarding the voting rights of the citizen the Haryana Government is on its toes and keen to motivate and inform the public as much as they can.
