The CM assured to personally supervise these two cells and hold Pravasi Haryana Divas at the interval of two years along with investment summit. The grievances redressal cell for NRI would deal with their complaints. It will be headed by a DIG rank officer and the cell will have field unit in every districts of the state. "Pravasi can file complaint related to police or any other grievance and it will be resolve at priority," said Khattar adding that another cell would facilitate their investment and they would be able to give their suggestions."The establishment of the cell would streamline enquiry and action-taking process, besides ensuring quick redressal of grievances of the NRIs," said Khattar on the second day of first Pravasi Haryana Divas at Kingdom of Dreams in Gurugram. Besides, 21 Mahila Thanas were established in all districts to ensure safety of women.""In the last five decades of its existence Haryana has emerged as one of the most progressive and developing state of the country, but there are much more to achieve and Pravasi can help in this," said Khattar adding that Haryana would be a futuristic state with smart villages and cities, and e-governance solutions for all public services.Haryana industries minister Vipul Goyal said, "There was a time when you left Haryana for other places to explore business opportunities but now Haryana has changed. Haryana has ample opportunities, Parvasi Haryanvis should come forward and become a partner in the development of the state and also increase their business," said Goyal adding that apart from making investment in the state, they could also register their significant contribution by ensuring socio-economic development of villages under the Swa-Prerit Adarsh Gram Yojna. Under the programme NRI can either adopt their native village or can make contribution in its development.
