Dr Amorjyoti Choudhury said, “I want to show my respect and congratulate all photographers for their contribution and hardships. I believe that every photographer is a truth seeker and a poet who tells and presents his/her thought not through words but through a picture. They have the capability of capturing a special moment from our life that lingers in our mind all throughout”. Biswajit Pegu said, “A camera plays the role of a channel and changes the world with just a click.” Biren Singha said, “Photography plays a vital role in the field of journalism that has the ability to portray a story and holding memories that last forever.” Sharing his experience in the field of photography as well as cinematography, Arup Manna said, “The most memorable and special moment that Ive achieved in my life was being a photographer. When I used to carry the camera in my shoulder, it felt like Im the most powerful and Ive no one to fear, as Im holding an AK-47 with me. A photographer is way more powerful than anything else, because they have the advantage of having a third eye. While a photographer gets every freedom he/she needs, a cinematographer doesnt. Now Im contemplating on taking the camera again.” Also Read: World Photography Day observed in Guwahati Also Watch: More than 300 Congress members join BJP in Sarupathar
