North East Minority Students Union NEMSU Receptive of Final NRC

STAFF REPORTERGUWAHATI: The North East Minority Students' Union (NEMSU) has expressed that they are receptive of the published NRC and welcomed the final draft. The union stated that since the past forty years, concerning the illegal immigrants situation as the prime focus, innumerable remonstrations were carried out while various politicians played politics with the issue. Now, under the supervision of the Supreme Court, the NRC procedures have completed. The union further said that if any genuine names are missing from the final draft, they will lend a helping hand. Now, under the supervision of the Supreme Court, the NRC procedures have completed. However, even now, several organizations have not refrained from portraying their displeasure. The union further said that if any genuine names are missing from the final draft, they will lend a helping hand.
