Staff ReporterGUWAHATI: A spell of heavy shower flooded the road near Jorabat flyover in Guwahati on Sunday, leading to a traffic snarl in the area. This is a common scene at the spot that witnesses such flash floods as and when it rains for 15-20 minutes or so. The local people say that clogged drains lead to such a situation there. This part, when it rains water comes from the Meghalaya side.
