STAFF REPORTERGUWAHATI: Commuters in Guwahati can now lodged a complaint against city bus drivers, handyman and ticket collectors on WhatsApp. The transport department has issued two numbers- 6901269006/ 6026176755, at which the commuters can lodged their complaint if the bus operators misbehave or violate any traffic rule. According to reports, the DTO has said that the rear door would be used as the entry while the front door will be used as the exit for the passengers. The doors should be closed while the bus is running and should only be opened at bus stoppages.
