The decision was taken in accordance with the revised COVID-19 guidelines. The notification stated that, “This order is made under The Assam COVID-19 Regulations 2020 and any violation of this order will attract action.” The Spanish Garden premises were sealed earlier this month after one of its residents named Manish Tibrewal had tested positive for COVID-19.
