Hubballi: Believing an unknown caller proved tragic for a 30-year-old woman who lost Rs 7.1 lakh to fraudsters . The fraudsters also took details of her debit card , promising that the award money will be transferred to her account.Later, the fraudsters withdrew some money from Sridevi’s account, said police. Sridevi was told that she needs to transfer Rs 6.72 lakh in order to claim the award. The gullible woman was informed that she won a cash prize of Rs 1.60 crore. Sridevi Alur, a resident of Pavate Nagar, filed a case in this regard at the Cyber Crime police station here on Thursday.A few days ago, Sridevi received a call from a man who introduced himself as Vanruben.
