The incident took place on December 1 and Udyambag police had registered the case.Police arrested Basavaraj alias Puneet Virupakshappa Gokavi, Manjunath Siddappa Dodamani, Basavaraj Irappa Belavadi and Madiwalappa Pundalik Garagad, all from Tegur village in Dharwad taluk.Police have recovered Rs 1.32 lakh, a car worth Rs 40,000, a watch and a silver ring from the accused who have been remanded to judicial custody. Belagavi: City police have arrested four people from Dharwad district for robbing a Bengaluru-based man to the tune of Rs 3 lakh.The accused called Mahammad Shahabaz Ikbal Basha of Hebbal, Bengaluru, to Belagavi, to check out a car they had posted on OLX , a platform where they sell and buy used goods.They took him to a farmhouse in Bamanwadi in a car and robbed him of Rs 2,82,700, two cellphones, a watch and a silver ring.
