"We demand Modi to fulfill these demands before stepping on the soil of Hubballi. He also demanded that the prime minister implement the Swaminathan Committee Report at the earliest and waive farm loans availed by farmers in nationalised banks.

Condemning his anti-farmer stand, the Samiti has decided to protest in Hubballi on that day and display flags during the event,” he said.Teji claimed that a large number of protesters would enter the venue at KLE Grounds on Gabbur Bypass where Modi is scheduled to address a gathering and show black flags. He also demanded that the prime minister implement the Swaminathan Committee Report at the earliest and waive farm loans availed by farmers in nationalised banks."We demand Modi to fulfill these demands before stepping on the soil of Hubballi. Otherwise he will face stiff resistance from Samiti members," he said.Samiti members Babajan Mudhol, A N Khaji, Basheer Mudhol, Ramesh Bhosle and others were present.
