KTR reviews land issues in LB Nagar

He assured to resolve long-pending issues related to land ownership and Revenue records from various colonies of L.B. Rama Rao has said another opportunity will be given for regularisation of plots in LB Nagar constituency, for those who had failed to apply earlier. He made this announcement at a meeting on Monday while discussing various land related complaints received from LB Nagar constituency during the recently held ‘Mana Nagaram’ programme. He said the request for a sports complex in 3,200 square yards of vacant land in Green Park Colony will be considered. Residents of the Press Colony, VAMBAY Colony at Mansoorabad and others will be given another chance for regularisation, he assured.

He assured to resolve long-pending issues related to land ownership and Revenue records from various colonies of L.B. Nagar constituency. Noting that there are more issues related to assigned, Waqf, and Endowments lands and the lands within the FTL of lakes, Mr. Rama Rao said the administrative issues will be resolved within 15 days, while nothing can be done about lands within FTL of the lakes and conservation zones. With regard to Wakf lands, he said a special meeting will be organised under Deputy Chief Minister Mohammed Mahmood Ali, where a decision will be taken. Where the existing laws needed amendments, the same will be taken up during the winter session of the Legislative Assembly, he said and directed Revenue Divisional Officers to take up rectification of records wherever needed. He said the request for a sports complex in 3,200 square yards of vacant land in Green Park Colony will be considered. He assured to consider the request by occupants of ceiling lands in Mansoorabad to regularise the ownership as per the 2007 registration value. He has issued instructions to the Ranga Reddy district’s Collector-in-charge M.V. Reddy to rectify the records pertaining to 1952 houses in Sainagar of Nagole. Mr. Mahmood Ali, Mayor B. Rammohan, MP Ch. Malla Reddy, CCLA Rajeshwar Tiwari, Principal Secretary Arvind Kumar, Mr. M.V. Reddy, MLC Karne Prabhakar, MLAs T. Krishna Reddy, and R. Krishnaiah, and senior officials from Revenue, Defence, Forest, Wakf Board participated in the review meeting.
