HYDERABAD: Engineers in municipal corporations who miss field visits can no longer give them a skip.A monitoring app , to be introduced in a week, will be a tour diary for the engineers. "The app will ensure transparency of the works being taken up by engineering wings in municipal corporations. Soon, another app, TEAM (Task Electronic Assessment & Monitoring) will replace manual records of engineers under GHMC. From next week with the help of the app, senior officials will know the process of the works," said Arvind Kumar, MA&UD principal secretary. App development is in final stages.
