HYDERABAD: Two men were arrested on Saturday for alleged sexual abuse of an 11-year-old boy under Chandrayangutta police station limits on Wednesday.Chandrayangutta police said that one AC mechanic, 22, and a salesman at a private company,19, were arrested based on the complaint lodged by the victim’s family.According to the complainants, the victim left his residence at around 9pm on Wednesday to play with his friends. Around 11pm, he returned home and complained of some pain. Upon enquiry, the child told his family about the two accused who had approached him while he was playing. They had started a small talk with him, asking him about his school, family and other details. Later, they took the victim to some secluded place near Falaknuma railway station in the pretext of going for a walk, and abused the boy.“The victim was not let off by the accused even as he was crying with pain and pleading with them. After the act, the duo gave the boy some soft drink and asked him not to disclose the incident to anyone,’’ Assistant Commissioner of Police (Falaknuma Division) MA Rasheed said during a press conference.Officials said the accused are porn addicts.Police has registered a case under section 377 (unnatural offence) of IPC and Protection of Children from Sexual Offence (POCSO) Act. The two accused were arrested and sent to judicial remand. Immediately after the case was registered on Thursday, police had sent the minor to Bharosa center.
