Hyderabad: As soon as we hear the term, “Real-estate”, it sounds pretty but every Real-estate agent is not real. It is nothing but a waste of time for the Hyderabadis in the name of Hyderabad City. It is being observed that since 2005, there was a boom in the real-estate business. The NRIs coming back to Hyderabad presume that investments in real estate are genuine. In the name of real estate business, illegal ventures and residential complexes have created dire consequences. Taking a cue from this, the producers of the Hyderabadi movie, “Hyderabad Nawab” and “Fun and Masti” have now produced a movie under the title, “Hyderabad Nawabs 2”. It will hit the screens of Hyderabad very soon. Mr. Ramakrishna is the producer and director of this movie. He engaged Hyderabadi Artistes, Adnan Sajid (Gullu Dada), Aziz Nasir, Akbar bin Tabar, KB Jani and others. The episodes narrated in the movie present real life like situations. It is full of humour which depicts the follies of Hyderabadi youths who spend money in the name of real estate. The movie depicts various conversations taking place in the name of real estate constructions and project ventures. The producer has made an attempt to include entertainment with seriousness. It teaches a lesson for the youths not to become the target of ridicule in the name of real estate investments. New regulations formulated by government for transacting real estate business have also been included in the movie in order to create awareness among the people. The producer has also highlighted the status of house owners who usurp houses setting aside the rules and regulations. Mr. Rama Krishna also told that this is a movie in which Hyderabadi Deccani language has been made use of which creates fun. This style of language is very much being liked abroad. He also told that an attempt has been made to send a positive message to create awareness to show the citizens that real estate is not Real. He hoped that this movie will hit the screens of Hyderabad this month or the next. It may be noted that a Hyderabadi Artiste and writer, Mr. Aziz Nasir wrote the story of this movie which is full of humour and songs. Source: Siasat News
