A+ A- Hyderabad: Telangana state Planning Commission deputy chairman B Vinod Kumar today said that chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is a visionary leader who drove state number one in power and irrigation sectors. He called upon mandal planning and accounting officials to play key role in rural development. He asked them to have effective coordination to implement schemes and development works in the state. Vinod Kumar suggested them to follow Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao who completes any project or work with total commitment. Inaugurating three week long training program for mandal planning and accounts officials at MCRHRD here he said that KCR is a leader with dedication to complete successfully the works.
