Interesting stories of mother-in-law and daughter-in-law often emerge. At times, the conflict between them becomes so common that it gets into the headlines. A case related to mother-in-law and daughter-in-law has come to light in Telangana, where a woman has been accused of infecting her daughter-in-law with Covid-19.

It is alleged that the mother-in-law forcibly hugged her daughter-in-law, after which the daughter-in-law also contracted the virus. The daughter-in-law alleges that her in-laws tortured her after she became a victim of Covid-19. She was also thrown out of the house and currently, she is under isolation at her maternal home.

According to the information, this incident is from Somaripeta village of Telangana.

The younger woman said after her mother-in-law tested Covid positive, she was kept in isolation and she was given food at a designated area and her grandchildren were also not allowed to get close to her -- which apparently upset her.

Agitated with the isolation, the mother-in-law wanted to infect her as well.
“Do all of you want to live happily when I die?,” saying this, she started hugging her daughter-in-law.
The young woman is now undergoing treatment and is in isolation at her sister`s house.
