IMPHAL: An umbrella organisation of 64 civil society bodies from the hill and valley districts of Manipur has called for a 24-hour state-wide bandh from Wednesday midnight.The umbrella body - Manipur People Against Citizenship Amendment Bill - convened an emergency public meeting at Ima Keithel (Mother's Market) in Imphal on Tuesday.
