Governor Spend money given by govt on healthy diet, Guv to pregnant women

Indore: Stressing on having a nutrition-rich diet during pregnancy, Governor Anandiben Patel on Wednesday asked the expecting mothers belonging to below poverty line (BPL) families to spend the money provided to them by government on their health.Patel, who visited Kashipuri anganwadi centre, spent an hour and interacted with women and children enrolled there. She also urged women not to feed their newborn babies through bottles and emphasised on feeding their milk to the child to at least six months of their birth.The children recited poems and patriotic songs to the Governor.
