When Biryani became poetry for city youngsters

Well ask the foodies from Indore , and they will give you not one but nine types of Biryani to chat, write and weave poetry about! Do you think people can have a catch up session just over Biryani? In a recent meet up at Pinto's Kitchen , there was a hearty discussion, and filling up over various types of this rice speciality being served up. There were nine varieties of lip-smacking Biryanis served along with Raitas, Salad & Salan to compliment, and it almost evoked poetry from those present due to the beautiful presentations.The Biryanis served included both vegetarian & non-vegetarian namely Vegetable, Egg, Chicken, Mutton, Fish, Chicken Tikka, Keema along with Burani/ Vegetable/ Boondi Raita & Baingan Mirch ka Salan which were much relished by food aficianados of Indore Satyajeet David, Belly Kanungo, Amit Pamnani, Richa Sharma, Shivam Anand & Soumya Mohanty.
