Bolawa Vitthal brings a slice of Maharashtra's Waari to Indore

The event was a musical journey of devotion and meditation, similar to the ‘Waari’ or the process carried out every year in Maharashtra in which devotees walk with the footwear of Saint Gyaneshwar and Saint Tukaram’s on their heads.The musical Waari in the citywas led by Jaytirth Mevundi , Rajni and Gayatri, who performed ‘Abhangas’ the devotional and folk music form or Maharashtra.
