HC imposes Rs 50000 cost on Madhya Pradesh govt

Since the dues of the workers were to be paid after selling the land, the union had sought for its land use to be changed from industrial to commercial which would also boost the land’s value,” advocate Dheeraj Singh Panwar, the worker union’s counsel said The reply on behalf of the state government had been submitted in the matter earlier, on which arguments were yet to be made.
