Mhow: Their joy knew no bounds when they came out of Mhow court reunited after 13 years on Saturday. couple , Savitri and Jogesh, residents of Mhow, got married in 2003. In 2005, Savitri went to her parents’ house after a dispute over a petty issue. Savitri filed a divorce petition in the family court 13 years ago.On Saturday, the duo came at the nation Lok Adalat to get separated forever. But destiny had something else in the store for them. When the couple came before the court the judge apprised them about family values and demerits of divorce and its impact on their future. The court advised them to give up the idea of divorce and reunite to live a quality life.The duo was convinced by the advice of the court and withdrew their divorce petition. They garlanded each other in presence of all and returned with smiles.In all, 2642 cases related to electricity theft, water tax and bank loans came in the Lok Adalat. Of them, 705 electricity, two water tax and 29 bank recovery cases were settled.
