Indore: Traffic police on Monday announced diversion plan and parking arrangements for ‘Run For Vote’ mini marathon which is scheduled to be organized on October 24.The mini marathon would start from Nehru Stadium and move towards GPO square, White Church square, Geeta Bhawan square and Palasia and will conclude at Nehru Stadium.As per the plan, vehicles coming from Palasia and going towards Navlakha would be diverted from Guitar Square towards Tilak Nagar, Patrakar Tri-Circle, Bengali Square, Pipliyahana, Musakhedi, Azad Nagar. Entry of participants would be open,” said ASP (traffic) Mahendra Kumar Jain.Separate parking arrangements have been made for the participants Nehru Stadium, North Church Ground, Traffic Park, Residency Kothi and space near State Bank of India.As least 25000 participants are expected to take part in this mini marathon which is being organized by district administration to spread awareness among citizen for voting.
