Here's looking at what's trending this Karwa Chauth...Wearing regular lehengas are so passe, to look different, Sonam Sharma who is a fashion enthusiast shares her how she is adding a twist to regular fashion, “ I wore a Benarasi orange and blue lehenga as I wanted to wear something different this time. I wore an artificial orange neckpiece to go with it and left more than half of my hair loose. Benarasi collection is always a delight!”Fashion trends keep changing every year but love for the netted dress remains the same for some. Sonam Malviya, who happened to carry this look shares, “This year, I am wearing a green and pink coloured lehenga. While everyone loves wearing bright and dark colours, I wanted to keep my look light. My hairstyle too will remain simple with a bun and a pink flower to complement my lehenga. I also decided to go quirky with tattoos by engraving my husband’s initials in a crown. I got it done especially for the festival.”Quite a few women are choosing red flared lehengas with suitable jewellery to match their look. Priyanka Sharma, a homemaker shares, “I wore my bridal lehenga with chudas (bangles) and gold jewellery to go with my look and this look does full justice to that.”Ready-to-wear sarees are popular among young married women. Shweta Sharma, an entrepreneur shares, “I prefer carrying ready-to-wear saree which looks traditional but they are hassle-free to carry. For my look, I am wearing a ready-to-wear saree which is in contrasting colours- purple and yellow. Also wearing a statement headgear to match my look.”Ruchi Sharma, a homemaker shares, “I like comfort more than anything. So, for Karwa Chauth, I am wearing a light-weighted chiffon saree with a light print.
