BHOPAL/INDORE: One of the key accused in the Vyapam scam , Dr Jagdish Sagar, is contesting on a BSP ticket from Gohad in Bhind . Not many knew of it until Tuesday when CPM complained to the full bench of ECI about Sagar's cavalcade.The team, led by election commissioner OP Rawat, was in Bhopal and Indore on Tuesday to review poll arrangements. Representatives of all national parties met with the full bench.Dr Sagar was booked by MP STF in several cases, which have since been handed over to CBI. He is also booked by ED and spent nearly two years in jail before getting bail. "Dr Jagdish Sagar is moving in a long cavalcade despite the fact that EC has said that a candidate should only move with a maximum of three vehicles. We have informed the EC bench about it," CPM general secretary Jasvindar Singh told TOI.
