SUICIDE PROTEST Kin of bus conductor protest against AICTSL

“We submitted a memorandum to senior officials appealing them to provide a government job to wife and brother of Deepak. Indore: The family members of the 30-year-old city bus conductor , who had committed suicide by hanging himself at his home after being suspended , protested in front of AICTSL office.The conductor, Deepak Mali, a resident of Diamond Colony, was suspended three days ago after some passengers were found travelling in the bus without tickets during his duty time. The family members and city buses staff reached AICTSL office as officials allegedly delayed in handing over the body of Deepak after autopsy.They shouted slogans demanding government job to wife and brother of the deceased. We also demanded compensation from them since he was the only earning member in the family,” said Shubham Yadav, a friend of the deceased.Senior officials promised the family members to take strict action and provided a government job to his wife on compassionate grounds.Deepak has left behind wife, three children, mother and a physically challenged brother.
