Rakshita Mehta, a home-based confectioner, tells us about a cake-mixing party she recently hosted, “We soaked two three kilos of candied and dry fruits , and bonded over chopping and dicing fruits and dry fruits. I enjoyed it thoroughly and guess I will also one of these parties next year.” By the end of the session, everyone took back a fixed quantity of soaked goodies to bake their own cakes!” Nutritionist Nidhi Agarwal who attended this party shares, “I never knew this also could be a reason to party.
